Property Maintenance Staff - Seasonal

Cherry Hill Living is looking for Property Maintenance Staff.

Qualified applicants will have the following:
* Basic knowledge of plumbing & pumps
* Basic understanding of a mechanical engines
* Can maintain a safe work environment and recognize potential hazards
* Driven to build new skills and career path
* Knowledge of building construction methods and materials
* Must be able to work as a team or independently
* Organizational skills
* Able to lift up to 50lbs
* Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Responsibilities & Task include:
* Tractor & equipment operations
* Basic carpentry
* Yard maintenance
* Equipment upkeep
* Lake & beach work
