∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and other relevant software.
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with clients, customers, and colleagues at all levels.
∎ Proficient in managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office equipment.
∎ Accurate and efficient in data entry and record keeping.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
∎ Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
∎ Skilled in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Able to adapt to changes in priorities and work environment.
