Main duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
• Basic bookkeeping and payroll, preparing and paying invoice.
• Restocking merchandise, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Answering calls, emails, and inquiries to social media site/s.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and Photoshop.
