Customer Service Advisor

Loewen Windows and Doors is a manufacturer of high-end quality wood windows and doors designed and built for the premium residential new construction, renovation and restoration segments as well as the distinctive light commercial construction segment throughout Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team. Working directly with internal and external customers the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for supporting Loewen dealers and homeowners while supporting the goals established by the Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:
• Support dealers, contractors, and homeowners with professional after sales service in a premium market setting
• Resolve customer issues
• Assist in the identification of part/procedures necessary to resolve customer issues
• Review, negotiate and approve/deny warranty claims
• Process and escalate warranty claims and credit requests based on customer needs
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers

Requirements:
• Experience in a customer focused and fast-paced environment
• Incredibly personable, with extraordinary customer service skills
• Proven ability to problem solve
• Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office

Assets:
• Knowledge/experience in window and door industry
• Experience in call centers or other customer service-oriented workplace
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service
