Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer focused individual to start a career at Office Experts Office Pro as a Retail Sales Associate/ Customer Service Representative. Duties include: Identifying Customer's requirements and finding suitable product solutions. Merchandising, sales, inventory control, stocking, fulfilling customer print and copy center jobs and other duties as required. Computer skills and asset but willing to train. Applicant must be detail oriented, a self starter, proficient multitasker and problem solver with a sincere desire to provide excellent customer service in a professional manner. Very good oral and written communication skills required. Physical fitness an asset as some lifting, reaching and climbing required. This position is Monday to Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM. This is a 40 hours/week position but will also consider applicants looking to job share in this position at 24 hours/week.
