Select Weanlings is a 1400 sow farrow to wean family owned operation located in Southern Manitoba.

We are currently looking for a self motivated, detail oriented, team leader type individual to fill the role of General Manager.

Responsibilities include; overseeing day to day operations; data entry and reporting to owners; being part of breeding and farrow teams, problem evaluation/solving of production issues and minor maintenance issues.

Our employees receive above industry standard salaries, dependant on knowledge and experience.

We provide a production bonus program, comprehensive benefit and medical package, clothing and foot wear allowances.
