Job Description: As a Grocery Store Manager/Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our store. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of store management, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Administrative Assistant – taking customer orders and invoicing. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.
• Implement effective stock control procedures.
2. Store Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute store strategies (e.g. product placement, advertising)
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and cost reduction.
3. Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
4. Product Management:
• Receive and inspect incoming products.
• Ensure proper storage and display of products.
• Assist with inventory of products, and ordering to ensure there is adequate stock.
• Implement merchandising strategies to boost sales.
5. Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with employee scheduling.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory. Handle other administrative duties as assigned.

  1. Order Taking and Invoicing: • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately. • Generate invoices and handle billing procedures.

• Proven experience in grocery store management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
