Agricultural Technical Support Specialist

What you will be doing:

You're going to be talking to customers.
You'll listen to their needs and expectations and leave them delighted by your excellent customer service, helping them to use their Maximus systems to their fullest potential.
You will keep up to date with our clients' business needs, aiding them in achieving the highest level of satisfaction with their purchases.
You will be troubleshooting clients' systems when problems or challenges occur.
You will stay up to date with the complete suite of Maximus products.
You will also learn how to improve barn ventilation, like an expert, from your colleagues.

You have an understanding of the livestock and poultry sectors
You are self-motivated, work well independently and as part of a team.
You have a willingness to learn and grow.
You have excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
You have a keen eye for detail.
You are interested in digital agriculture technology.
