Automotive Service Advisor / Parts Person

Penner Performance Center is seeking an automotive advisor who is customer service motivated, organized, outgoing, has a strong work ethic and enjoys the industry. This position has a guaranteed salary. Benefits program.

Job Includes:
-greeting customers and answering telephones.
-communicating with customers to determine vehicle service needs by asking questions, listening and providing recommendations.
-schedule appointments.
-transcribe work orders from technicians and create estimates.
-explanation of basic service processes, procedures and recommended vehicle services to customers.
-responsible for overseeing the technician working on the customers' vehicle including their time management/efficiency, communicating amendments with customers and job completion times.
-prepare invoices, accept customer payments.
-source/order parts.
-keep track on parts inventory, cores, warranty.
-enter parts on work orders.
-keep a clean, presentable and organized front service area.

Required Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of vehicles and light trucks. Service experience preferred. Must have valid class 5 drivers.
