Maple Creek Home Centre Clerk I (FT)

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide a high level of customer service by providing advice to customers,
assisting them in locating products and being familiar with merchandise
2. Assist with stocking shelves and merchandise displays, customer carryouts
and general housekeeping
3. Operate cash register
4. Operate fork lift as required
5. Must be able to assist in loading lumber and products from the yard
6. Assist in all areas of the Home Centre as required
7. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a retail home center or hardware store or knowledge of
hardware an asset. Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills
required. Some heavy lifting will be required. Must be able to work a variety
of shifts including evenings and weekends. This position is classified as a
Safety Sensitive Position. Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op’s Alcohol
& Substance policy as a condition of employment.
