Yard and Equipment Operator

RPL Farms and Prairie Sky Crop Solutions is one of the leading crop inputs and seed growers in southeast Manitoba. Providing farmers with the products and knowledge to succeed for over 25 years!

We are looking to add a qualified equipment and yard operator to our growing team! This position is ideal for people interested in a career in agriculture. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on a fully operational seed farm as well as get the full experience of working in an Ag-retail business as we prepare for the 2024 season.

Responsibilities include:
- Operate farm and transport equipment
- Shipping and receiving of seed and other agricultural products
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Yard, shop, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications:
- Hard working and willing to work in a team setting
- Valid Class 1 driver’s licence with air is an asset
- Mechanical experience is an asset
- Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset
- Flexible to work evening and weekend hours as required
