Shop Foreman

We are looking for a shop foreman to supervise and assign tasks based on our technician’s qualifications, experience and skill level.

In this role, you will supervise personnel, oversee the management and maintenance of equipment, and ensure the efficiency of operations. You will also be required to manage inventory and enforce safety regulations.

To ensure success as a shop foreman, you should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills

This position comes with a competitive starting wage dependent on experience and comprehensive benefit plan.

Qualifications:
knowledgeable about maintenance management, warranty programs, and preventive maintenance
knowledgeable when handling and scheduling automotive shop operations
knowledgeable of automotive safety programs and fleet management operations
physically able and fit to work and can lift at least a minimum of [50] lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Display adaptability when facing different situations and elements that may change the automotive field.
