Visit customers to promote the ADT product line
Analyze the customer's needs and present the solution that suits best these needs
Explain how a security and home automation system works and the related advantages (training provided)
Prepare a weekly development plan and perform daily prospection activities
Build relationships with customers and get referrals
Meet sales and business growth targets (and get rewarded greatly)
Develop networks and partnerships
Create company promotional events

Your profile:

Entrepreneur/Self Starter
Work from home and set your own schedule
Business development and prospection oriented
Can identify business opportunities
Strong ability to persuade and convince
Motivated by a performance-based compensation plan
Experience in sales and/or customer service
Can build business networks and generate new opportunities
Autonomous and result oriented
