Job Description:

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Ensure food service quality control

Address customer’s complaints or concerns

Maintain record of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Establish work schedules.

Requirements

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: At least two years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking.

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, initiative, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player, flexibility.

Language: English is required.

Salary: $17.00 hourly, 40 hours per week.

Benefits: Transportation cost covered if worker needs to relocate.

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The worker will work 8-hour shifst scheduled between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm with 2 days of on a rotational basis. Overtime and work on weekends will be required depending on the business needs.
