Office administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Assist with training development and coordination for new employees
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
- Maintain employee records

Skills:
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
- Experience in vendor management and coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience: Less than 1 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
