Production Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor who can support our business operations through their strong sense of ownership and exceptional leadership ability.

In This Position You’ll Have the Opportunity to Do What You Do Best:

• Lead the Packing team: prioritizing Safe Work, Quality Standards, and Continuous Improvement.
• Plan and schedule daily packing operations in accordance with the production schedule.
• Coordination production between shifts.
• Organize training and educational work instructions.
• Ensure all packed product labels are correct, have the correct information, and product corresponds to product load.
• Ensure efficient flow of raw materials and other resources.
• Maintain active communication between staff to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
• Assist with movement of packed products from packing lines to shipping warehouse as required.

We’re Looking For:

• A self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• 3+ years of Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to understand sophisticated produce handling technology and control systems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, etc.).
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to plan and organize.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
