Field Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Field Operations Manager who can support our business operations through their strong sense of ownership and passion for delivering an excellent service experience.

In This Position You’ll Have the Opportunity to Do What You Do Best:

1. Coordinate conventional and organic farming activities for up to 2000 acres, including:
   a. Planting
   b. Hilling
   c. Irrigation
   d. Desiccation
   e. Harvest

2. Coordinate and schedule all field equipment repairs and modifications.

3. Keep detailed farming and maintenance records.

4. Lead a team of up to 10 staff.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, etc.).
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to prioritize and drive projects, especially during peak seasons.
• Exceptional ability to plan and organize.
• Team building and leadership skills.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
