As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tire Sales Representative to join our team in Blumenort, MB.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right tires for their vehicles.
- provide information on various tire options, including brands, sizes, and performance characteristics.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
Sales
- Utilize strong closing skills to finalize transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the latest and most suitable options to customers.
- Recommend additional products or services.
- Implement a proactive follow-up strategy to maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of different tire brands and models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical aspects to customers.
- Provide advice on tire maintenance and safety practices
Order Processing
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule tire installations.
Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tire sales or automotive retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of various tire brands, sizes, and specifications.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and tire maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
