Systems Analyst

Job Responsibility:

 Plan, create, test, execute, and supervise IT systems.
 Gather and assess data to pinpoint areas for enhancement in an organization's IT infrastructure.
 Evaluate current IT systems and internal processes.
 Formulate, execute, and enforce policies and procedures across the software development life cycle to optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of software products and information systems, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and user requirements.
 Establish quality assurance procedures and tests for advancing new and existing systems.
 Recognize, analyze, and document discrepancies, ensuring appropriate adjustments.
 Carry out proactive maintenance tasks on computer systems.

Job Qualification

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field is required.
• At least five years of work experience as a IT Project Manager or relevant field.
• Leadership Skills: Supervisory experience is required, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong background in data analysis and process improvement within IT.
• Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and KPI monitoring.
• Previous experience reviewing and optimizing existing IT systems and processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions.
