Requirements:
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Attending to guests’ needs and requests.
- Completing guest reservations.
- Checking guests in/out.
- Clarify and provide information.
- Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
- All other duties as assigned.
