Receiving Associate

Canadian Tire Steinbach is looking for someone to join our Receiving Team fulltime!
The person we’re looking for should demonstrate:
• Strong belief in the Canadian Tire values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions to complete detailed tasks, and to take responsibility for outcomes.
• Ability to work in a team environment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals.
• Ability to adapt and cope with challenging and changing situations.
• Some flexibility in their schedule (trucks are scheduled, but delays sometimes happen).
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and solid work ethic.

Physical Requirements:
• Standing/walking for 8 hours.
• Lifting and/or carrying of products that may vary in weight from “light” to “heavy”.
• Lifting and turning repeatedly throughout the shift.
