Job Opportunity: Sales Associates and Keyholders
Location: Cochrane, Alberta

Company: At Link & Pin we are a vibrant and contemporary men's and women's clothing shop nestled in the heart of Cochrane, Alberta. With a commitment to quality, style, and exceptional customer service, we cater to individuals seeking fashionable and comfortable attire for various occasions.

Position Type: Seasonal Employment (June 1 - September 15), Part-time or Full-time

Compensation: Wages based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses based on achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing personalized assistance and advice on clothing selection.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Learn and proficiently operate our Point of Sale (POS) system.
Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays visually appealing.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Possibility of managing social media accounts, including creating engaging content and promoting store events (training provided if necessary).

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and efficiently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including our POS system.
Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
High school students and college/university students are encouraged to apply.
Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
