We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Airdrie. Internally known as a Customer Support Administrator, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and support our sales team completing administrative tasks to ensure our clients are served with accuracy.
In this role, you will:
Assist the sales team by entering contracts into our order system, creating proposals for clients, and generating reports
Proactively track all the details to ensure we fulfill orders correctly. This includes sending radio commercial requests to writers and digital ad requests to graphic designers, and assisting with seasonal promotions.
Provide general office support, including answering phones, submitting payables summaries, tracking inventory, and distributing mail.
Provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Manager.

A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
Tech savvy. Proficiency in Windows and Office are required
