What you’ll do:
The Meat Department Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their department. Some of the main duties will include:

• Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
• Exemplify our company values: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
• Responsible for the overall operations of the Meat Department.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving for the department.
• Ensure the Meat department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure proper preparation of promotions and displays are completed.
• Present a neat, clean, and well merchandised department.
• Provide strong leadership and support to team members within the department.
• Frequently move items up to 55 lbs. at the site for various needs.
• May provide operational oversight in absence of the Store Manager.

• You have 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• You are able to complete the physical requirements of the job.
