We are currently looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. This position is based in Winnipeg, MB.
As the successful candidate, your duties would include:
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Your qualifications should include:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage and coordinate project resources and information
Ability to work well with a team and individually
Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Salary: $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
