Concrete Crew Leader

The Opportunity - Springwood Homes is currently seeking a goal oriented, motivated team player to fill the position of Concrete Crew Leader. As the Concrete Crew Leader, you will be highly organized with a systematic approach to achieve quality and efficiently run projects, professionally and technically competent with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain positive client relationships, representing the company values
• Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems
• Effective Communication with project manager
• Order & receive materials and schedule inspections as necessary
• Ensure high standards of workmanship, quality control and safety
Qualifications include
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of blueprints
• Class 3 or better drivers license
• Red Seal Journeyperson considered an asset
