Are you a skilled professional with a knack for both project management and accurate estimation in the field of civil construction? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Project Manager/Estimator. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our projects from the initial planning stages through to successful completion.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of civil construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Conduct thorough estimations for project costs, materials, and labor requirements using industry-standard methods and software.
3. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
6. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and mitigating risks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and change requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and estimation tools (e.g., Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately assess project requirements and costs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on safety and quality.
