ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
(Permanent, Full-time)

More about the position

You are a coach and a mentor to a team of employees committed to providing quality service to members. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide leadership and management support and help coordinate the daily operations and activities of the Caisse branch. Additionally, you forge and maintain business relationships with members. You’ll also ensure that all related activities are completed in accordance with FINTRAC and Caisse’s policies and procedures.
What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of financial service, investment and consumer lending experience in a Caisse, Credit Union or bank
• Experience in human resource management would be an asset
• Demonstrates leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Good sales technique and strong communication skills
• Ability to find business opportunities, including participating in community activities
• Ability to supervise, oversee training and motivate employees to meet the Caisse’s business, sales and service objectives
• Ability to positively manage change in a context of continuous improvement
• Strong bilingual communication skills in French, written and verbal, is required
