Provide administrative support and customer service.
— Internal Sales and answering phones.
— Timely follow-up of orders and delivery appointments.
— Quick Books data entry and file maintenance.
— Provide additional administrative support for the sales team as requested.
— Minimum 2-3 years office experience
— Proficient in Quick Books, MS Office suite, Email, Internet
— Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
— Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
