Concrete Crew Team Member

Three Way Builders is looking for an enthusiastic individual aiming to grow within our organization. This is an opportunity for experienced concrete professionals as well as entry-level with the potential to grow your skills in the construction industry. Our Cast-In-Place crews operate all year round, which allows long-term employment and the opportunity to be part of a fun team. Please note, additional training in a skill-building environment will be available to the successful applicant.
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the crew with humility, a desire for work, and openness to constructive criticism
• Assist Site Superintendent(s)/Foreman on daily operations of both residential and commercial projects.
• Follow instructions from Supervisors/Foreman to perform manual labor, which includes but is not limited to moving and organizing material as well as equipment onsite.
• Assist with clean up, material procurement, sorting, and distribution of materials to various housing builds.
• Assist with prepping, forming, and pouring concrete.

• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Great communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in a team environment with our team and trade partners.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery considered an asset.
• Operations of JCB telehandlers and skid steers is an asset, but not necessary. Additional training and certification will be provided by Three Way Builders.
• Must have an up-to-date and valid Manitoba Class 5 “full” driver license.
