Maintenance Technician

We are excited to be adding a member to our MAINTENANCE team. Our Maintenance team works Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, with some overtime. We can be flexible with these hours for the right candidate.

As a member of the Maintenance team, you will demonstrate; a mechanical inclination, an aptitude for electrical and plumbing, superior time management and problem-solving skills, the ability to think on your feet, and be a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Day to day facility maintenance
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance of building, grounds, equipment, and tools
• Work in cooperation with service providers

Qualifications:
• 2 years’ experience in General Maintenance
• Experience with food manufacturing, food safety, GMPs, and HACCP preferred
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Working Environment:
• Tasks may involve standing, lifting, crouching etc. for extended periods of time
• Work in a cool, wet and/or hot, wet environment
• Repetitive tasks
