Kitchen supervisor

Certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required
7 months to less than 1 year work experience is required
$25.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Evening, Night, Weekend may be required

Responsibilities
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
