Rotational Molding Assistant

This is a full-time position which comes with competitive wages, night shift premium, benefits, and a profit-sharing incentive plan.

Current available shift is 12am (midnight) to 12pm (noon), 3 days a week, alternating ends of the week each month.

We are seeking a rotational molding assistant to join our team at Vista Plastic Solutions. Rotational molding, or “rotomolding”, is a manufacturing technique for creating hollow plastic products by heating and rotating a mold filled with powdered resin.

Responsibilities:
- Operate rotomolding machines efficiently and safely
- Follow processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on rotomolding machines
- Assist in other production tasks as required
- Collaborate effectively with the team with a positive mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in rotomolding
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Physically capable and able to work in elevated temperatures
