Child Care Assistant(Manitoba Metis Federation)

We are looking for a student to join our team for a summer position from July 2nd-August 30th, 2024 through the Manitoba Metis Federation. Your hours will need to be flexible anytime between 7:00am-6:00pm. Monday-Friday.

In order to be hired for the position the candidate must be:
-18 years of age or older
-Classified as a Child Care Asssistant or willing to obtain classification.
-Current First Aid and CPR Training
-Clear Child Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Record Check

The position will be 5 days a week Monday-Friday @ $15.30 per hour.

Requirements:
*Participants must be Metis and have a registration # through Red River Metis.
*Participants must be students between the ages of 18-30 who attend school full time during the preceding year and who intend to return to school on a full time basis the following academic year(part-time and distance education students do not qualify)
*Participants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
