Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

· Excellent communication, networking, recruitment and sales skills

· Familiarity with the local community and a network in your community for recruiting and referring host families

· Ability to cultivate strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders (community organizations, host families, students)

· Ability to work at irregular hours occasionally

· Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and mediation

· A reliable vehicle and driving license

· A computer, printer and scanner with computer literacy in applications such as Mircrosoft, Adobe and emailing

· Basic Microsoft Excel, and Word skills and access to the software
