Insurance Broker

Extend Insurance located in the ALG Professional Centre in downtown Winkler is currently looking for an individual to fill a full-time position in our office.

Duties:
• Assist customers with their insurance questions
• Sell vehicle insurance
• Sell and review home insurance policies
• Administrative Duties including answering phone calls, filing documents and other duties as assigned.

• Strong self initiative
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications and can learn software programs
• Adapt with changes

Qualifications:
The following would be considered an asset, however we are also willing to train the right candidate.
• A Business Administration diploma/certificate would be an asset
• A minimum of one year in an office or sales setting would be an asset
• A current Manitoba Insurance Brokers licence would also be an asset
• The successful candidate must be willing to complete mandatory training and education required for employment (Manitoba Public Insurance and Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker courses)

Salary & Benefits:
