To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of organization and attention to detail. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple priorities. PJ Trailers Canada is a retail and wholesale trailer company, and manufacturer of the brand True North Trailers. We operate in three provinces and sell to customers across Canada.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management team
• Attend to customer inquiries, whether by phone or walk-in
• Receive and route calls, provide directory assistance, and direct inquiries to proper departments or individuals
• Maintain a shared workspace in an organized and professional manner
• Promote the company with a positive customer friendly approach
• Support sales staff with invoicing and receivables
• Maintain a digital and physical file system
• Perform monthly cash counts and inventory reconciliations

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Experience interacting with the public in a retail and/or service environment, including sales and cash transactions (1 YEAR PREFERRED)
• OR Experience working in an administrative role (1 YEAR PREFERRED)
• Experience with photoshop and graphic design seen as an asset.

Education:

• Secondary school or provincial equivalency (PREFERRED)
• Administrative certificates, diplomas or degrees are considered an asset

Wage: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
