Full Time Cook - $1000 Signing Bonus*

We are currently seeking full-time cooks for our Southport location. Morning and evening shifts available.

Job Duties

• Follow cyclical menus and recipes
• Prepare food for the dining facilities including preparation of soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc.,
• Ensure primary preparation for the entrée items are completed for the following day determined by scheduled numbers
• Ensure that all food remains eye-appealing and replenished throughout the service
• Tear down line after service either storing correctly or disposing of product
• Clean line and grill area
• Ensure that correct storage conditions for products such as meats, produce, and dairy are maintained
• Assist chef as required or extra duties as assigned by them.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma in cooking
• Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate
• Reliable transportation
