Executive Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all the aspects of our operation and driving the strategic direction of our company. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management, business development, and organizational skills.

Association for Community Living is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they can live full, productive and meaningful lives. Providing quality person centered support through our residential, individualized and and community-based services. Our shift staffed homes provide individuals with a home and supports on a 24-hour, 7 day a week basis.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
-Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
-Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder, including volunteer Board of Director's, community organizations and Government agencies.
-Program and policy development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
-Ensure compliance with relevancy laws, regulations, and industry standards.
-Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
-Represent the organization industry events and meetings
-Ensure the highest quality of person-centered support is provided throughout all aspects of our services.

Skills:
-Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team
-Experience with policy development and working with a nonprofit organization
-Proven financial management, human resource skills and computer proficiency
-Experience working with people living with intellectual disabilities and mental health disorders and strong advocacy skills

The successful candidate will be required to provide a clear criminal record and adult abuse registry check. Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Also be willing to complete any required agency provided certifications and training.

Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 annually
