Your days will include:
- Timely delivery of hogs between barns
- Timely delivery of hogs to the HyLife Foods plant in Neepawa
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with Dispatch
- Meet all the Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by company policy
- Follow bio security, and Animal care policies and procedures
- Able to do early morning loads
- Must be able to drive at night

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Class 1 Driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Excellent communication skills
- A drive to be organized, self-motivated, and reliable
- The ability to perform tasks with limited supervision
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
