Auto Spa Supervisor

We are recruiting for a supervisor at our Altona Auto Spa.

Responsibilities would include :

Supervising part-time staff to make sure superior customer service is being provided at all times.

Keeping all aspects of our auto spa working flawlessly (washing bays, replacing hoses, general maintenance of equipment, replenishing soaps, etc)

Be willing to be on-call on a scheduled evening & weekend rotation. Being on-call will include a company cellphone that customers may call if issues arise while no staff members are on site. (Change machine isn't working, no soap in bay 3, etc)

Applicants must be able to work well by themselves and be self-motivated, honest, and mechanically inclined. Previous experience in a mechanical environment is an asset.
