Part Time Weekend Residential Direct Service Professionals (driver's licence required)

Blue Sky Opportunities is looking to hire part time staff that can work every other weekend. These part time positions would include working either regular day shifts or regular evening shifts on both the Saturday and Sunday. Positions available include moderate to heavy levels of care.

These are ideal positions for people looking for guaranteed part time hours that still provide you time to spend with family or friends. Set bi-weekly schedules make planning life around your work much easier. These part time opportunities could lead to full time opportunities in the future.

Minimum qualifications include:
- Absolutely must be able to produce clean criminal record, child and adult abuse registry
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum proven grade 10 or equivalent, grade 12 preferred
- Class 5 driver's licence with access to a registered vehicle for some residences
- Previous experience working in the health care field an asset
- Shifts available include day shifts (Sat and Sun) or evening shifts (Sat and Sun), or Sat to Sun with an overnight stay
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Responsible and mature minded
- Encourage and support of people in their decision making
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to adapt to change
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Good problem solving skills
- Meal preparation and house keeping skills required
