Étoiles d'la Rouge is a Francophone child care centre located in St. Jean Baptiste, MB (45 minutes south of Winnipeg on highway 75). Our devoted staff cares for 35 children: 4 infants, 16 pre-schoolers, and 15 school agers. We would love to have an ECE II join our team!
Qualifications:
-Fluent in verbal and written French and English (or willing to learn)
-Previous experience in a childcare centre an asset
-Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
-Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
-Will successfully obtain and clear criminal background and Child Abuse Registry checks
-Have a valid First Aid/CPR level C or be willing to complete it within the first month of employment
