Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the construction estimating process, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize software
• Collaborate with the build team to develop accurate project cost estimates
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
• Analyze project requirements and develop pricing strategies
• Provide guidance on cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Ensure all estimates align with project specifications and timelines

Experience:

• Proven experience in Construction Estimating
• Post secondary education
• Project management experience
• Ability to price projects accurately and competitively
