Southland Honda requires a Service/Parts Advisor to join our Team. We are an all line Honda dealer with high standards on customer service. You will have an interest in Auto’s, Motorcycles, ATV’s, and Power Equipment, to perform this task.
Responsibilities
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Drive the sale of technician’s time to meet department’s sales forecasts
Consult with customers on applicable service’s required
Assist in the sale of parts to customers and in the shop
Establish and maintain a close relationship with the customer
Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
Required Skills
Must possess a high level of energy with a positive attitude, with the ability to listen, understand and communicate strategic solutions for customers
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Organized and efficient
Strong computer skills
Valid driver’s license
Persistent problem solver

Experience in a dealership atmosphere may be an asset, but not a requirement, training will be provided.
