Seasonal Farm Labour part time and full time

Sissons Farms is a family run pedigreed seed farm located on the edge of Portage la Prairie. We run a current fleet of equipment and grow wheat, oats, canola, soybeans, edible beans.

Hiring a seasonal individual for Immediate Employment through to October.

Duties include but not limited to: Yard and building maintenance, grass cutting, tree trimming, painting, equipment maintenance and repair, aiding with field duties, equipment operation, harvest help.

Must hold minimum valid class 5 drivers license
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Be capable of understanding tasks and complete in safe and efficient manor.
Have a general knowledge of general maintenance and repair of equipment,
Be physically able, (climbing, bending, lifting, work at heights)
Able to work independently, outdoors
Farm experience / any type of equipment operation an asset
