Earthworks General Labourer

We are currently seeking an Earthworks General Labourer who can support our business operations through their strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment including: skid steers, payloader, excavator, dozer, and gravel truck (experience is an asset, but will train the right person)
• Assist with snow removal
• Assist with irrigation repairs (welding, fabricating)
• Assist with basic shop repairs to heavy equipment

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• An optimistic person who sees solutions and improvement opportunities in every situation.
• A self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license. A class 1 license would be considered an advantage.
• Clear English and/or low German language spoken and written required.
