The supply chain admin is responsible for providing administrative support to both the purchasing and material work order desk, and other duties as assigned. The position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

What You'll Do:
• Provide administrative support to the materials work order desk
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing department

Who You Are:
• Previous work experience in an office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of inventory or accounting software
• Previous inventory related experience is an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work well independently and collaborate as a team
• Meticulous attention to detail
• High degree of professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to shift priorities easily
• Time management skills

Working conditions:
• Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Ability to work overtime as required
