Superior Projects is currently seeking an individual interested in a full-time permanent career as a Project Management Administrator.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collect subcontractor safety paperwork and run WCB clearance checks
- Prepare, distribute and monitor subcontractor contracts, purchase orders and change orders in estimating software
- Organize project files electronically
- Attend and document project meetings
Assist Project Managers with;
- Creating, editing and tracking project schedules
- Prepare, review and monitor contracts, RFIs, change orders, documentation, etc.
- Obtaining permits, reviewing deadlines and To-Do’s

Qualifications
- 5+ years project administration experience
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
- Efficient computer skills, demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Motivated and confident, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new software programs
- Work well in a team environment as well as individually
