Meat Cutter

Prime Meats is looking for a Meat Cutter to join our team.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Skinning, eviscerating and carcass preparation
- Meat cutting, trimming and boning
- Loading of customer's meat orders
- Daily cleaning of the cutting room and abattoir
- Assist in other duties, as assigned

• Some heavy lifting may be required

• Basic food safety and sanitation procedures must be adhered to

• Medical plan available

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
